Dwiki Dharmawan warmly welcomes the invitation to attend and perform at the 1st International Moonjune Music Festival – Jajce 2022

Dwiki Dharmawan invited to participate at the 1st International MoonJune Music Festival which will be held in Jajce, Bosnia & Herzegovina, on June 24, 24 and 26 of 2022. This Festival is aimed to celebrate (with one year delay due to the covid outbreak situation in the world), 20 years of Moonjune Records (internationally award winning record label) and Moonjune Music (International booking, concerts and management company). This non-for profit festival and cultural event is organized by MOONJUNE’s President Leonardo Pavkovic and his associate Borislav Kresojevic, in association with the Municipality of the city of Jajce.
Moonjune is proud of the International dimension of this event, which will include artists from various countries, such as Indonesia, UK, France/Vietnam, Germany, Italy, Uruguay, and USA, among other Centrozoon, Markus Reuter Anchor & Burden, Boris Savoldelli, Beledo & His Friends,, Dennis Rea Terrane, and Dwiki Dharmawan International Group.
Moonjune Records and Moonjune Music were established in 2001 in New York City by Internationally renowned music impresario and globe trot- ter Leonardo Pavkovic, who is native of the beautiful historic city of Jajce.
Moonjune Records has released since its inception 125 record releases of which over 20 of Indonesian artists, of which 4 albums of Dwiki Dharmawan: So Far So Close (2015), Pasar Klewer (2016), Rumah Batu (2018) and Hari Ketiga (2020), and it is in process of producing another album this year, World Peace Coalition. Dwiki Dharmawan is the first Indonesian artist who received 5 stars reviews in the most prestigious jazz magazine in the world, DownBeat, for his album Pasar Klewer, considered by critics of the same magazine, a masterpiece. Under the International auspices of MoonJune Records, four afore mentioned albums have received International acclaim in over 40 countries worldwide.
Moonjune Music is an international booking and management company which has booked and handled over 3000 concerts around the world in over 60 countries, and the roster, among others, includes legends of jazz and progressive music such as Tony Levin, Allan Holdsworth, Soft Machine, Andy Summers, Bill Bruford, Phil Manzanera, Alex Skolnick, Percy Jones, Jimmy Haslip, Chad Wackerman, Frank Gambale, Scott Henderson, Leo Lyons of Ten Years After, Terry Bozzio, Stu Hamm, Jeff Berlin, Gong, Dewa Budjana, and many more. Moonjune Music has also coordinated International recording production and solo and festival concerts of Dwiki Dharmawan in Germany, Spain, UK, USA, South Africa and Indonesia.
Moonjune is very proud of achievements of  Dwiki Dharmawan’s album productions on Moonjune Records, and its with honor that the committee of the 1st International MoonJune Music Festival – Jajce 2022 is inviting him to participate on this event which celebrates music, arts and friendship in an International project including NguyÊn LÊ, Boris Savoldelli, Yaron Stafi and Asaf Sirkis.
The 1st International MoonJune Music Festival – Jajce 2022 will be recorded audio and video for the archival documentary purposes. Additionally, a USA based team consisting in filmmakers and videographers Vlad oboronko and Anthony Garone, with the association of the professional writer (and musician) Dennis Rea, will be present at the Festival, filming footage for the upcoming documentary about the life of Leonardo Pavkovic.
Due to the special artistic collaboration and relation between Dwiki Dharmawan and Mr. Leonardo Pavkovic, the presence of Dwiki, is fundamental. Dwiki Dharmawan has already performed in Bosnia & Herzegovina (with his project World Peace Band), as well in Jajce in 2019 (before the Sarajevo Jazz Festival), for a special event also organized my Mr. Pavkovic and Mr. Kresojevic.
This special International cultural event which promotes arts, peace and tolerance in this troubled world.
